We have a position available for a qualified candidate in a small Covid friendly work environment. Most of our employees work out in the field. The office staff is small. The person would perform administrative office support. We are looking for an individual to assist the Director of Operations and the Office Scheduler with employee files and compliance issues. Basically, most aspects of day to day employee issues and training in a non-medical in-home care agency.
Duties include answering the phone, dealing with employees, mailings, filing. Also, a variety of related general office duties. A flexible team player with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Non-Smoking office.
Requirements: Knowledge of computers i.e. Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); professional communication skills; detail-oriented individual; ability to handle confidential material; attention to detail; organized; self-motivated.
