We’re growing our CIO Portfolio & Decision Support team and looking for a Program Manager. Our team is responsible for ensuring Technology demand adheres to prioritization principles and for delivering analytics and insights to accelerate decision making. This group works as advisors to Technology Leadership Team and formulates strategies to help the Technology team build better/smarter/faster.As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying specific business opportunities where technology can enhance the value of the business. You will partner with our stakeholders in TSPM, finance, product, and technology to identify opportunities to simplify and drive growth through solid business case value. The ideal candidate will have deep experience is crafting, publishing, and socializing streamlined business processes. This role will report to the Director, CTO & Tech LOB Portfolio Strategy, in the Technology Strategy and Portfolio Management Organization.The successful candidate will be able to:Clearly communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, effectively gaining buy-in from executives and peers.

Able to craft visually impactful presentations to tell a compelling story.

Identify roadblocks to roadmap execution and collaborate with key stakeholders to remove those roadblocks.

Have excellent analytical abilities, capable of being hands on with the data and quickly interpret results and communicate concise recommendations.

Be comfortable providing your point-of-view and communicate clear recommendations to Senior Leaders.

Collaborate with technology, finance, and product leaders.

Understand, articulate, and translate complex ideas.

Bring their significant experience in effective data modeling to build great tools.

Engage and influence all key stakeholders.
