Job Description

Job Duties

• Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the grid power of our customers’ residential properties
• Complete service panel upgrades and service rebuilds
• Complete AC and DC electrical runs
• Ability to precisely bend and install conduit
• Work with electrical manager to read and understand blueprints
• Test system components while the system is operating
• Make field changes and communicate with project managers
• Communicate with inspectors, utility companies and customers
• Enforce and maintain company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Job Requirements

• PROOF of Valid Journeyman license REQUIRED
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• NABCEP certification (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local criteria
• Assist with completion of the installation documentation
• Ability to understand all project plans and specifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Travel possible 1-4hrs
• Excellent communication skills with customers, inspectors and co-workers
• Bi-lingual a plus
