Enjoy working a regular daytime Monday- Friday schedule with only occasional evening & Saturday hours required.

Salaried position, Paid vacation, Paid Holidays, and a Great benefit package with 401K.

Excellent cooking skills and culinary knowledge are required. The Chef will be the leader for all culinary standards and operations.

Manage a large volume kitchen and catering operation responsible for food cost controls, menu preparation, ordering, inventory, sanitation, safety, and productivity.

This is a working position requiring daily cooking and supervising a crew of 5-8 employees. This position reports to the Food Service Director.

Ability to speak conversational Spanish is a plus.
