Our people make Honeywell a special company and are a key competitive advantage.We are seeking a Sr. Demand & Asset Planner to join our Intelligrated business.Utilize your demand and asset planning expertise in a manufacturing and project-based environment at Honeywell Intelligrated. Job Responsibilities:

Translate sales forecasts into detailed engineering, manufacturing and installation labor plans for areas of responsibility.

Drives a collaborative approach while working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in global demand and supply assumptions.

Develops a data-driven, high-quality analysis of demand forecast at multiple levels of aggregation for a minimum of 12 months’ time horizon.

Improve demand forecast accuracy, while reducing bias.

Participates in all stages of the monthly SIOP process.

Develop and maintain standardized documentation of business processes, including Standard Operating Procedures, process flow diagrams, Work Instructions, and other items related to Sales & Operations Planning.

Development of KPIs and Scorecards to drive measurable improvement within the business.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree.

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Demand or Supply Planning

Knowledge of Analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Oracle, etc.)

Experience in manufacturing and supply chain

Fluent with use of Excel to enable development forecasting software tools

Understands commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a planning environment.
