DescriptionRobert Half has partnered with a non-profit in search of a Benefit Generalist. In this role as a Benefit Generalist you will be responsible for performing a comprehensive spectrum of human resources related duties on a detail oriented level. Candidates interested in this opportunity should have minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience preferably within a non-profit or service type environment, thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws, proficiency with HRIS, ADP Administration and Payroll Processing support, benefits administration and employee relations. Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

-Download and distribute/save reports as instructedRequirements-Benefits Payroll-Weekly Payroll-HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems-ADP Workforce Now-Coordinate new full-time orientations.-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations or similar degree required.-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Benefit Generalist role.© 2020 OfficeTeam.
