This company embraces their team environment encouraging to support and assist one another.RequirementsSkills/Responsibilities Needed But Not Limited To : Excellent communication skills Supporting and Encouraging Field Technicians Superior Level of Customer Service Router for scheduled calls Assisting and providing support to fellow dispatchers (Teamwork) Meet daily revenue goals by prioritizing calls Maintaining and assuring accuracy of technicians Monitoring work schedules/ on call / days off /approved time off are up to date and entered correctly in software, contingent on management sending out the schedule Knowing and utilizing the technician Skills, knowledge, and strengths accurately for proper scheduling. Maximize and evaluating opportunities on the board Prioritizing calls based on Emergency aged equipment, WCC Members, and New Customers Scheduling return calls with customers when parts arrive Communicating and responding to customers when needed for/but not limited to time changes, delays, confirmations, and reschedules Some clerical work Navigating on GPS and ADT Education/Experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a dispatcher High School Diploma or equivalent. Positive and uplifting attitude Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Keen Eye for detail Critical Thinker Polite and courteous manner Typing 50+ wpm Knowledge and understanding of company service areas for effective routing Knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable Experience with one or more dispatch systems Ability to multi-task in an intense, fast pace environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities at a moment’s notice Capable of working with minimal supervision.Are you ready to go to work?
