Collections/Billing Clerk

DescriptionAccountemps has a great opportunity for a Collections/Billing Clerk! This Collections/Billing Clerk position will consist of reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software.Responsibilities:

Make collection calls and generate customer statements/delinquency notices

Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, resolve discrepancies and short payments

Review, process, and evaluate bills or invoices for services rendered

Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

Establish financial controls and procedures

Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data quality and consistency
