66471BR Delivery ConsultantEntry Level/ Junior ProfessionalJob DescriptionAs a Delivery Consultant, you will consult with Winona Health teams during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will also complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting within appropriate tools as well as complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions. Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality. Review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. In this role, you will identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership and leverage internal and external resources to delivery problem identification and resolution.QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, or Science; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience as a lab tech and/or experience working in a hospital labAt least 1-year healthcare IT experience in a hospital settingAt least 1-year health care technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experienceAt least 1-year systems management or electronic medical record (EMR) implementation work experienceAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
