Customer Care RepresentativeOur client a manufacturer of equipment and fitting for Compressed Gases Storage and Control. The Company operates worldwide. They are looking to hire a Customer Care Representative.The Customer Care Representative is responsible for sales order entry and customer support via phone and email. In addition, the Customer Care Representative acts as a source of information and support for the sales team.Major Duties:Review, verify and enter customer purchase orders into SAP. Provide customers with timely order confirmations containing ship dates of each line item. Provide shipping department with pick sheets; communicate order details and requirements, ensuring on-time delivery. Process back-orders upon receipt of goods from Italy. Provide telephone and email support to all customers. Provide sales team with in-office support by relaying order status, pricing information and customer concerns. Field customer complaints and initialize problem resolution. Coordinate production and shipping schedules to meet customer due dates. Create and maintain customer-specific reports. Assist A/R with collections on past due accounts. Issue RMA and coordinate return of goods.Minimum Requirements : Excellent written and oral communication skills. Willingness to speak with customers on a daily basis. gas industry. Computer competence.
