Currently, we are looking for an experienced individual to fill a full-time accounts payable/administrative position.
A/P invoicing, including monthly statement & credit card reconciliation
Prevailing wage reports (experience a plus, but willing to train the right person)
Assisting safety manager with various reports
Basic front desk duties (i.e. transferring calls, greeting guests, managing deliveries)
Assisting in various other administrative duties as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
