Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner seeking a new challenge and opportunity to have high business impact.You will lead the US HR team and Operations. You will work/partner with senior leaders regularly. Ideally, you are someone who brings practical application to the work and likes to turn ideas into reality. Resiliency and agility to change focus and priority based on changing business demands will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead for all the US technical, sales and functional recruiting activities – talent sourcing, acquisition strategy, plan, execution and ongoing improvements
  • Deployment people plans, programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring human resources support activities are aligned with the overall business strategy and culture.
  • Coach and guide local leaders, manage employee relationship issues, employee engagement activities and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Sr HRD to design and execute the Learning and Develop plan for managers and individual contributors.
  • Managing the benefits programs, and the entire employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, compensation management, employee relationships, terminations meetings, and offboarding.
  • Manage the Operations responsibilities for the team.
  • Align work with country and global cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Administration and Legal.

Qualifications

Qualifications will include a minimum of 6+ years of directly applicable HR experience or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate competence in organizational development, recruiting, talent management, coaching, compensation management, business partner, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.Startup experience, preparing companies to scale and mature their HR/People programs and initiatives will be a plus!

BS/BA degree is required. SHRM certification is preferred.
