Job Description

The Lead Scheduler’s primary responsibilities will be to monitor and as necessary take preventative or corrective actions to ensure quality and timely delivery of work products. In addition, the Lead Scheduler will perform administrative duties efficiently and effectively in support of client’s security process. Must be on available to work primarily on client site in Reston, VA. May require work in various locations to include (but not restricted to): DC Metro, State of Maryland, and Commonwealth of Virginia.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Monitor and take preventative or corrective actions to ensure quality and timely delivery of work products

· Participate in project planning and status meetings with client COR

· Schedule security interviews and/or polygraph examinations

· Coordinate inquiries of administrative nature

· Data entry

· Provide access control to working areas

· Submit facility visit requests to any subject or visitor that does not hold an active security clearance at TS/SCI level

Qualifications

· Minimum education: HS Diploma or equivalent

· Must have a minimum experience of 3 years of administrative experience and 2 at local, state, or federal level – IC community experience preferred

· Proficient in standard computer applications (i.e., Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)

· Proficient in operating standard office equipment

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills

· Current or eligible TS/SCI

· Must maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality when handling information related to the contract.
