IT Manager

DescriptionRHT is searching for an IT Manager for a banking client of ours. This role will have not reports and will manage the infrastructure of the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible for managing technology, cybersecurity resources and support for all areas of the bank.

Oversees all back-office functions associated with the transaction systems including processing, backups, upgrades, maintenance, and new implementations.

Provide support and oversight for the network and security infrastructure, PC, servers, and applications which includes planning, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and system hardware and software during and after normal hours.

Direct and oversee significant projects, manage vendors, and budgets related to IT

Participate and lead in the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and execute to validate system recovery within prescribed guidelines.

Create and maintain system and application documentation of environments, processes, procedures.

Liaise and interface with the different IT Vendors that the bank has with regards to product enhancement, updates and issues

Lead and coordinate the annual IT audit of the bank

Apply operations system updates, patches, configuration changes across platforms.

Experience participating in information security and cyber security audits, mitigating, and responding to findings and proactive activities to improve information and cyber security posture.

Experience managing firewalls and other security devices.

Experience managing Microsoft stack of applications including Exchange, Zoom, Office, and/or others.

Experience with managing Office 365.

Experience with VoIP telecommunications systems.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required. 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology, Project Management or Financial Industry related fields required. Strong analytical, organizational, oral, written, communication skills and willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Ability to prioritize, meets deadlines, and manages changing priorities with limited direction.
