Production Specialist and Budtenders - OLCC (GRANTS PASS)

Café Verde is looking for Production Specialists and Budtenders to join our Grants Pass team.

We are a vertically integrated Dispensary and Farm, with an expanding CBD Product manufacturing business.

Current starting pay rates range from $13 to $18 dollars an hour. Starting Pay is based on experience and production abilities.

New hires should expect a 30-Day training period with weekly evaluations and feedback. Lots of room for advancement for qualified individuals, or just the right people willing to put in the work.

All applicants interested in working with cannabis must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Permit before applying, and all applicants that have not completed this process will not be eligible for the interview process.

Must-have Qualifications:

21 years of age

Excellent Cannabis knowledge

Customer service experience

Register/cash handling experience

Pass background check

Able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances while on shift.

Ability to work days/nights – weekends potential holidays – on call shifts

Able to communicate effectively

Typical Tender duties include:

Checking and Verifying IDs

Ringing up Sales

Cash handling

Customer Service

Restocking Product

Cleaning

Inventory Audits

Typical Production duties include:

Trimming Flower

Harvesting

Manicuring Plants

Pre-roll Production

Cleaning

Inventory Audits
