Growing small company seeks highly motivated individual for part time office dispatch position. Tasks include high volume answering phones, dispatching technicians to projects, typing reports and filing. This is a fast paced environment where decisions made are detailed and critical. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes- self-motivated, self-reliant, reliable, responsible multi-tasker and a quick learner. The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday for a minimum of four to six hours per day with flexibility to work more when needed.
This part time position may lead to full time if deemed necessary. Starting pay rate of $15-$16 per hour depending on experience. Dispatch experience is not needed but preferred. Candidate must be knowledgeable in MS Office, Quickbooks and scheduling software.
