Knox Financial - Broker of Record (Tennessee) (All of Tennessee)

Knox is looking for a licensed real estate broker to act as broker of record for our real estate brokerage subsidiary. You will be compensated for doing very little work.

Knox is looking for an individual who holds their Tennessee real estate broker license. You will not be asked to oversee any staff. You will not be asked to show up at an office, conduct showings, or closings.

You will be shielded from liability. You will not need to manage any day-to-day operations. You will not be asked to shoulder any out of pocket expenses. You will be fully indemnified. Knox is already fully insured beyond that of a normal real estate brokerage. Our platform generates a diverse and growing rental inventory that we fill with qualified lessees. We are looking for a TN licensed real estate broker to act as the broker of record for our subsidiary brokerage as we expand into neighboring states.

What you’ll do:

You will be the broker of record for our brokerage operations.

You will not be tasked with day-to-day responsibilities. You will simply have to keep your licensure current during your employment with Knox.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Have an active TN brokerage license.

You are willing to act as the broker of record for the Knox brokerage subsidiary.
