Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing our Web sites, social media accounts, content writing, Digital marketing and administrative support.
General Responsibilities:
Assist in the strategic and creative design on marketing and communications activities and materials including:
Social Media
Brand
Website and platforms
Public Relations
Photography/Video (for social media)
Media Relations
Blog
Newsletter
Special Events
Social Media Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior management on day to day social media tasks
Stay on top of the latest and greatest social media trends
Research hashtags
Responding to comments on profile
Coordinate social media ads
Design and schedule social media posts through our social media management tool
Track & analyze social media KPI's
Experience & Education Requirements:
We don’t pay attention to the school on a diploma – if someone can get the job done
Strong communication & presentation skills
1-3 years marketing/social media marketing experience (internship included) or similar combo of education and experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of social media platforms
Maintain and manage marketing collateral inventory
Personal Characteristics:
Detailed and quality focused with superior organizational skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work on several demanding tasks simultaneously
Ability to gracefully shift priorities and be able to handle change
Upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team
