property maintenance/construction/general labor

property management company looking for reliable, energetic, hardworking individual to mow lawns, shovel snow, trim trees, paint, demolition, move appliances/furniture, minor carpentry skills, use small power tools, provide general labor and, if interested, learn the trades (elecrical/plumbing/painting/construction) to advance within the company over the coming years.

Not looking for just summer help, we want someone to hopefully stay for years and grow with us! :)

All properties are located in Greeley. Must live in or within 30 minutes of UNC campus.

If you can work well alone, as well as with others, have a good temperament, have a relatively clean criminal history with a valid DRIVERS LICENSE and working vehicle this position awaits.
