Successful Italian restaurant looking for an energetic and experienced Floor Manager/ Maître D.

Must have flexible schedule including weekends, experience in Italian Cuisine and wines.

Able to perform under pressure and to manage FOH team with respect and firmness.

Customers are our prime focus, our most important asset and must be attended in an exclusive classy and charming way.

You need to be a smooth presence on the tables while keeping an eye on employees day to day duties.
