Should be familiar with PLC's, motor controls, sensors, limit switches and electro/mechanical systems, and 3-phase 480vt equipment;

Should have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities, and welding experience is considered a plus.

Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment (i.e. DC Drives, ladder logic, PLC programming and SCR Controls),

Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions,

Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards; recommend or initiate modification or replacement of faulty equipment.
