Hiring Clinical Research Coordinator! Position is located in Chapel Hill, NCJob Description Summary:The Clinical Research Coordinator coordinates multiple complex trials through the protocol life cycles of activation, implementation and closure. These trials are complex, requiring full knowledge of both GCP and full knowledge of individual research protocols; consequence of error could be significant physical harm to research subjects. Study Coordinators independently plan, organize, and evaluate implementation of multiple oncology clinical research projects with knowledge of, and in compliance with, sponsor requirements. For each trial, acquire full knowledge of research protocol and related documents, plan and document methodologies for research subject and data management based on this knowledge.Highlights:Hybrid work schedule! The CRCs are expected to start going on-site for shadowing after the first 2-3 weeks and will continueto go on-site to see patients (3-4 days per week)ü Great opportunity to gain Oncology exposure ü Full time / long term career opportunityü Prestigious Institution Summary of qualifications: Ø 1+ years of experience as Clinical Research Coordinator REQUIREDØ Previous experience with therapeutic clinical research involving drugs and/or devices REQUIREDØ Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned REQUIREDØ Experience with EDC systems REQUIREDØ 1+ years of oncology study coordinator preferredØ Experience in Phase I, II, and III clinical researchØ Experience navigating medical records and data extractionØ Experience utilizing EpicAbout Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
