Our pharmaceutical services business partner specializes in providing routine and complex services to support the development of drugs, devices, drug delivery systems, and formulations for both Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies. They are a leading provider for QA, Testing, Inspection, and Certification, and they specialize in method development and validation, as well as quality control testing. They are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their team! Summary: This team serves the chemical and pharmaceutical industries with a diverse range of services, from chemical testing and consultancy to inspection, contract laboratory services, regulatory guidance and supply chain assurance Reviews the analytical data package inventory: Analytical Report, Project Notebook Logs/Project Notebooks, ADRC, Analytical Data Audit Trail, Customer Correspondence, Signed Proposals Reviews internal records including Instrument Log Books, Calibrations, Training Modules and Employee Proficiency Log Books Able to adhere to and perform in a regulated environment Has basic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures and regulations Works under immediate supervision Primary job functions require a certain degree of creativity and judgement Typically reports to a supervisor Computer literate with common PC based applications MS Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledgeable in use of LIMS and Qumas Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of analytical chemistry Experience with GMP environment, data review, CAPA, investigations BA/BS Chemistry, Biology or related scientific degree Knowledge of laboratory safety precautions and protocols for safe handling and the disposal of hazardous agents/reagents, chemicals and materials Organization, communication and analytical skills Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical and business information, both oral and written to others, including co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, clients, and vendors Intermediate mathematical skills, including: algebraic functions, statistics (mean, median, standard deviation, variance, probability), basic geometry (area, volume calculations), and scientific calculators Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to work varied and extended hours/days, as business dictatesBenefits:Health (Medical, Vision, Dental)
