This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, clarifying the product vision, and working closely with Engineering and Sales to deliver winning products. It also includes working with Marketing and support to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. They will ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the overall business strategy and goals. They are responsible for education, championing and implementation of Product Management best practices throughout the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Gather and prioritize requirements with input from Customers, Support, Development, and other market sources.

Assist in the identification of new opportunities and market trends based on knowledge and continuous learnings of emerging technologies.

Prioritization and categorization of customer enhancement requests.

Collaborate with Engineering to develop and implement solutions to highly technical problems based on detailed knowledge of core product and platform technology.

Build expertise on the domain, the market, and the trends.

Evangelize our vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.

Drive a part of the product roadmap: drive and support decisions to adjust based on engineering tradeoffs, customer feedback, and market dynamics. Help support development of business cases to drive proposed investment priorities.

Assist in briefing internal sales force and business partners on product releases, lifecycle, and policies.

Keep track of product progress and work with Product Marketing to continuously update and showcase growing product capabilities internally and externally.

Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager.

Ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment.

Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication.

Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Domain knowledge of database and development tools.

Effective presentations to customers.

Excellent teamwork skills.

Can understand and operate from a high level and low level based on the problem to be solved

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with popular databases, languages, ETL tools, and data analytics tools in the market.

Understand the current landscape of data governance, data catalog or data management.

Ability and willingness to learn specific technical information as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Marketing, or equivalent business experience. Travel Requirements: <25%, including international travel, fluctuates to meet business and customer needs.Information Security: Information security is everyone’s responsibility.
