They are able to manage the machine and workers at all times and any other tasks to ensure the machine is running at the highest level, and producing a quality product in accordance with the customer's specifications. The operator position reports to our lamination department supervisor but will interact with all levels of the company, in order to make sure customer specifications are adhered to. Interpret measurements with a standard ruler.Ability to stand and walk for 12 hrs per shift. Strong basic math skills, adding/subtracting to figure out footage and lineal footage. Able to lift up to 65lbs to push, pull and maneuver very large rolls of materials.Additional Skills & Qualifications:2-3 years of lamination or automotive mechanic experience for $20-$21/hr pay1 year of manufacturing operator experience for $17-$19/hr payHigh School DiplomaUse standard ruler and hand toolsIncentives:TONS of opportunity to to learn and gain more certifications
