Job DescriptionLooking for up to four Machine Builder
This position will be responsible for assembling and building new machines, equipment and systems per the engineering drawings
Will be responsible for assembling and building machines, equipment systems from engineering drawings and also performing machine run offs
Candidates will use various measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, angle gauges, tape measure, rulers to build and inspect the various machinery
Testing and operating completed machines, equipment and systems to ensure equipment falls in line with design
Read blueprints and schematics to properly assemble and build equipment
Will use bolt torque guns to insert the proper amount pressure when assembling the machines
Use and maintain all power tools, fixtures and assembly tools in accordance shop specifications
Operate forklift to load and unload equipment
Perform and other general shop duties as need
Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE 2+yrs of machine building experience
MUST be able to interpret and read blueprints
MUST HAVE experience assembling machinery from scratch from a print
MUST have own tools
MUST be able to travel up to 25%. Could be gone 2-3 of days up to five days at a time. Will install and run machines at customer sites. At this time if candidates don't want to travel, they have enough work in house they don't have to travel.

Work Environment:This company assembles and builds Customer Trimming, Gilding, Conveyors, Screw machines and various other machines for customers all across the US. some of their largest customers are Owens Corning, Sherwin Williams and several others to name a few1st shift

$25 to $31
Could travel up to 25%. Will typically be gone couple days, five days at the very max. At this time if candidates don't want to travel, they have enough work in house they don't have to travel.
