AssemblerMultiple Shifts Available1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday - Friday)2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday)3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Monday - Friday)Description:Most candidates will start off in the crimping area and then they will have to potential to move to others departments on experience and work ethic.Crimping DepartmentThe candidate will have two pieces material. One piece will be a metal fitting and the other a hydraulic hose. They will need to push the metal fitting into the hose and then place it in the crimping machine. The machine will crimp it and then they will check quality and place it in a bundle. Candidate will need to be able to stand for 8 hrs in one spot, able bend and twist, lift 30lbs, and understand written instructions.Hose ShopCandidates will be cutting the hoses to specified measurements with a machine. They will be measuring the the nearest 16th inch. This will require lifting of up to 40lb hoses, standing for 8hrs, and reading measuring instructions.Tube ShopIn the area candidates will be operating machines to bend medal hydraulic pipes. Candidates will need to be able to read blue prints, lift 50lbs, and be comfortable with computers.
