Description:We are a heavy automotive manufacturing environment. We are a Tier 1 supplier to Subaru, we make the structural frames for cars. Typical hours are 50 per week. Our company is 100% automated and have over 150 robots on the production floor in addition to very large stamping presses (1,000lbs to 3,000lbs). The work floor is very clean and neat. We operate under 5S standards and everyone is expected to uphold those standards. Because we are a Japanese owned company we have visitors often and have 2 translators on staff to help the communication barrier. Maintenance Team Member Responsibilities but not limited to:Inspect and test machinery and equipment.
Install new and repaired parts.
Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
Repair and maintain physical structure of facility.
Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment.
Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jugs, fixtures, and tools.
Operate cutting torch or welding equipment.
Fabricate and repair.
