ICF is looking for a n environment al professional who wants to apply their understanding of EPA’s cleanup programs to training development and technical support ! The successful applicant will support EPA contracts with the Office of Superfund Remediation and Technology Innovation (OSRTI), Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization (OBLR), and Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery (ORCR). You will be managing the development and delivery of technical training and supporting technical projects designed to leverage hands-on knowledge and experience with site characterization and remediation technologies to promote improvements to the cleanup of contaminated sites.For more information about our work, please visit: https://www.icf.com/work/environment/contaminated-site-solutions What you’ll be doing:Provide a wide range of support for managing the development and facilitation of classroom, virtual, and hybrid technical training courses.

Manage course content development, including logistics, IT troubleshooting, on-site training delivery support, and course evaluation preparation.

Provide technical knowledge of remediation to support and manage a broad range of technical projects for EPA.

Provide general support for the preparation of a wide range of client work products across our EPA contracts.

Travel one to two weeks per month to support on-site training courses.

What you must have:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related environmental science (geology, hydrogeology, geosciences), environmental engineering, or biology.

Bachelors with 6+ years of experience supporting technically oriented projects in the environmental area.

Knowledge of EPA cleanup programs including policies and (processes (e.g., Superfund, RCRA, Brownfields)

What we’d like you to know:Master's degree preferred.

Highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Ability to independently manage discrete course development tasks and work closely with EPA clients in course development.

Excellent written and public speaking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is - $60,598.00-$103,017.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
