The Senior Compensation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.ResponsibilitiesSenior Compensation Professional Responsibilities:Growing and overseeing company compensation policies and programs.
Analyze and level jobs to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements.
Approve job offers at certain levels based on the company's pay policies and practices.
Provide input on compensation surveys.
Analyzing results of compensation surveys.
Predicting future trends to steer company in a positive direction.
Managing salary structure and career framework creation and maintenance.
Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide analytical support and data analysis on projects and organizational data metrics.
Develops and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational processes.
Required skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
3+ years of Compensation work experience.
Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
Outstanding people skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsCCP or similar certification.
