DescriptionThe Voice Channel Product Owner will be focused on Queuing and Routing technologies within the CECP Voice Agile Release Train.ResponsibilitiesThe Voice Channel Product Owner will be a role within a SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) release train. The Product Owner owns, maintains and prioritizes the product backlog for the team. They share the product vision and works closely with the Business Owner, Product Manager, Release Train Engineer and Delivery Manager to ensure the team delivers value to the business.This role will focus on queuing and routing features. This individual is a self-starter; with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities without being provided explicit direction. Strong presentation skills, analytic skills and a passion for improving consumer experiences using technology are essential.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience gathering requirements
Experience utilizing Agile Framework
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including but not limited to presentation skills to leadership
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Work-At-Home RequirementsWAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.
