Data Entry Clerk

Description Robert Half is looking to fill the position of a highly-skilled and motivated candidate who is ready to begin their career as a Data Entry Clerk. We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist role for you! This short-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Beverly, Massachusetts area.Your responsibilities in this roleReview and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

Survey reports and sheets of data

Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

Sift through websites for information Requirements - 1+ years of related experience

Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request

Demonstrated typing accuracy

Data entry experience

Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
