The program Therapist functions as a member of the Program Therapy team

This includes collectively performing appropriate step of all processes assigned to the Program Therapy Team

The primary responsibilities of the Program Therapist is to provide effective therapies/groups focused on identified patient/family needs and to provide input into the care/discharge planning process by observing, collection of data, and reporting


Masters Degree in Human Services Field (i.e. psychology, OT, Therapeutic Recreation, Drama Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy etc.)


Must have one year experience in mental health field in an acute care setting, including psycho social assessment, group therapy and 1:1 therapy

Must be physically able to participate in a code green

Professional Licensure or Certification in the state of Minnesota Preferred (i.e. LICSW, CTRS, LP, OTR, LMFT, etc.)

Work ScheduleThis position consists of five 10 hour shifts in a two week payperiod.
