Tumblesalts Cafe is hiring a part time Office Manager/Bookeeper to work on-site weekdays. Must be smart, quick thinking, and extremely organized, detail-oriented person with expert knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks who can work independently and able to multi-task. Background check required. Salary to commensurate with experience. Restaurant experience a plus.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Weekly Payroll - Record hours, calculate tips (reconcile server/bar envelopes daily), maintain employee files, process new hires and terminations
Maintain multiple bank accounts and reconcile monthly statements using QuickBooks
Answer phone, emails, correspondence - strong communication skills
Accounts payable
Maintain all vendor files, insurances
Process mail and emails
Excellent communication skills - written and phone skills
Must be proficient in Excel, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Emails
Must be flexible to complete related projects as needed
