Sr Data Analytics ManagerThe Sr Data Analytics Manager manages a team of experienced professionals that performs complex analytics for high impact initiatives across the firm. This job oversees the examination and identification of data patterns and trends that help answer business questions and improve decision-making. This role may also make recommendations that address business decisions, opportunities, needs, or challenges.Key Responsibilities and DutiesLeads the execution of data analytics and processes for high impact projects across TIAA.

Develops standardized processes to support the full lifecycle of analytic requests including sizing/assessment, implementation, validation, delivery, and closeout.

Develops mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, and caters to the needs of the decision makers.

Develops and presents analytics-based reporting and conclusions for various lines of business that helps to inform key business decisions and/or initiatives.

Manages, coaches, oversees and coordinates with direct reports to facilitate execution of the business’ strategies and objectives.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives across various stakeholders.

Ability to manage the data analytics for multiple high impact legal, remediation, and compliance projects across TIAA across various stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of in house systems (OMNI, Pershing, UD, etc.) and associated data.

6+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis

Ability to develop standardized processes to support the full lifecycle of analytic requests including sizing/ assessment, implementation, validation, delivery, and closeout.

Potential Salary: $178,605.00 USDActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
