Looking for IT Specialist - IMMEDIATE NEED (Dubuque)

Looking for an IT SPECIALIST in the Dubuque area! You’d be joining a great team environment with a well-known company. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that requires at least one year of experience of relative professional experience. In this role, you’ll be expected to:

Oversee special projects from beginning to completion. If necessary, research, proposals to management, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.

Provide support over the phone involving terminals, printers, PC, etc.

Be technical support and consult regarding the use of computer operating systems and programs.

Update and patch servers when necessary; Support various window servers.

Telephone system support; Set up and documentation of Voice Mail layout and procedures.

Be back up support for the online backup programs operations. Maintaining and ensuring comprehensive back-ups of online backup and network

Reviewing documentation and providing support of online backup system, optical system and Local Area Network.
