Description SHIFT: Day JobSCHEDULE: Full-timeRegulatory Compliance Manager This position is an office based California role with Woodland hills, CA office preferred (open to any Anthem office in California). Open to remote if within one hour of a California office. Due to COVID the offices are closed and this position will start remote with the intention to go into the office once the offices are back open. Responsible for managing regulatory compliance functions for a major business segment, including state regulatory compliance, communications compliance and policy language development. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Develops, implements and maintains formal compliance structure and computer and filing systems for compliance materials.

Create the structure and processes necessary to manage filings and related activities.

Manages process for drafting all policy language and reviews all written materials for compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as contractual requirements.

May interact with legal department to review and evaluate required state regulatory filings.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Requires BA/BS degree in a related field, 5-7 years related regulatory or contract compliance with ability to analyze, write and integrate highly technical information into action plans; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Must be able to sit onsite in a California office or live within one hour of an Anthem office.
