DescriptionWe are working with multiple construction companies in San Diego for an administrative assistant role! Many of our clients in the construction industry are small - mid sized businesses with a family-like collaborative environment.This position will require candidates with Sage 300 Timberline experience.Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding projects.

Update customer information and projects on CRM system.

Assist with invoice data entry and process outstanding customer payments.

Data entry in to Sage.

Create filing and organizational systems for all projects, past and existing.

Receive, sort, and distribute mail.

Requirements

Ability so stay fluid for daily changes in workflow.

Prior construction receptionist or front desk experience required.

Sage 300 Timberline experience preferred.

Proven experience working in a fast pace environment.
