A nice family is looking for a reliable, drug-free, clean background, person to help with ongoing yard work, landscaping, and maintenance of a 5-acre residential property. This is a permanent/long-term position. The schedule can be very flexible, and either be part-time or full-time. Optional off-site residence may be included in the compensation if so desired.
Job includes mowing the lawn (we have the equipment), maintain bushes and gardens, cleaning and maintaining the pool, watering trees and flowers, paint fences, stain wood, care for some chickens and goats, keep garages and barns clean and organized, fix things that inevitably break on occasion. Handyman skills are a big plus.
