MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience with either Mitek or Alpine systems.- Understanding of SQL and t-SQL scripting.
- Experience with ERP installation.
- Experience training users on shop labor systems.
- Comfortable and/or experienced implementing new technology.
- Experience managing ticket queue and issues within Mitek or Alpine.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
