OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Developer, with team lead experience, to support our enterprise applications team. The responsibilities of the Sr. Developer include working closely with onshore/offshore developers; leading technical projects; including hands on development and oversight of development activities.To be successful as a Sr. Developer, we are looking for an individual who should be able to investigate and resolve technical issues and possesses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a team of developers and lead multiple initiatives to successful completion. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications.Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan/develop solutions in line with best practices.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to organize, plan, and lead initiatives of varying size to successful completion.

Ability to manage team of developers with multiple assignments

Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, along with the commitment to the overall success of a group.

Lead technical projects, including hands-on development and oversight of reports, interfaces, conversions forms, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).

Lead technical projects on other platforms like, but not limited to, SAP MuleSoft and monday.com.

Reviews code to ensure completeness, accuracy and functionality among modules and application systems, and adherence to established development guidelines and requirements.

Solid business analysis skills and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.

Be the go-to person for technical aspects of ERP system along with integrations. Should have ability to adapt and work on new technologies and domains, not limited to SAP.

Participate in the integration of our ERP system with other platforms.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline

7 to 10+ years of related IT experience

7+ years SAP development experience in ABAP

3+ years team lead experience desirable

7+ Years of developing and supporting ABAP programming, including interactions with SAP

Supporting and continuously improving Enterprise Applications services within a multi-vendor environment

Excellent communication skills – Ability to facilitate meetings and gain consensus for decisions

Leading onshore and offshore teams

Working closely with managed service providers for Service Desk, application support, application maintenance and development, analytics solutions development

Motivated, innovative self-starter able to work independently, and with a group, to achieve program goals in a fast-paced fluid culture

Subject matter expert in ABAP, Web Dynpro, Object oriented programming, BAPIs, Workflows, FIORI and programming for EDI transactions

Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain and document BOPF/BRF+/ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)

Leading developers working on projects (development tickets assignment, technical coaching, code review)

Optimize the performance of the SAP ABAP Programs

Familiarity with SAP Sales and Distribution module, including WM/MM, finance and project systems

Ability to learn new technologies and get up to speed with integration tools like MuleSoft
