Urban Waxx is hiring Salon Receptionists in Vancouver! (Fisher's Landing)

Urban Waxx is looking for an individual to join our team of amazing front desk staff members for our Fisher's Landing location in Vancouver!

We are currently hiring for a part-time position, approx 13 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

Answering phone calls.

Checking guests in and out and booking appointments.

Greeting guests upon arrival, getting them beverages and snacks.

Staying updated on retail products and educating guests on retail and meet retail goals

Creating and maintaining genuine relationships with guests.

Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.

Adhere to daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Respond to customer problems or complaints.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Possess basic math and cash handling skills.

Ability to accept coaching in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Have strong phone and computer skills.

Have previous customer service experience (preferred).

Salon experience (preferred).

Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks while staying cool, calm, and friendly.

Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Ability to work 4+ hours on your feet at a time.
