Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer calls with excellent listening skills and treat every client as a family member
Be empathetic and understanding when necessary and ensure every client is happy
Learn our company policies and communicate them to the clients exactly as the company requires
Promote products to new and existing clients
Always provide excellent customer service and knowledge of our policies
Maintain positive business and client relationships to promote client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records with attention to detail
Continuously improve through feedback
Ask questions
Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
Highly motivated, determined, and driven
Proven track record in the sales environment
Ability to deliver accurate and appropriate client presentations
Expert in time management, personal organization and our company policies
Knowledge of WordPress, Sheets, Dropbox, ACT, etc helpful
Knowledge and love of dogs necessary
At this time the hours are Wednesday through Sunday 4-8. Full time hours possible in the future based on performance. Training times are negotiable but must be some hours between 9-3 Monday-Friday.
