Lawncare/ Landscaping positions available. (Chelan Douglas county)

We are looking for hard working individuals to assist with a busy lawn care & landscape maintenance schedule throughout the year.

Columbia Yard Service,LLC is family owned and operated, and is in its 24th year of business upholding an excellent reputation in the community. We are looking for honest and dependable individuals who will sustain our high level of customer service and quality of work performed. This position is to start immediately after interviews, and will run throughout the year, into winter. Tasks will include maintaining a weekly mow schedule; trimming; weed pulling; and other landscape maintenance tasks as needed. We are wanting to expand our services and we need a strong team.

Starting pay D.O.E ( Depends on experience) with a performance based increase after a probationary period. Some weekends may be needed, but usually do not.

The following are the minimum requirements we are looking for in a candidate:

18+ years of age.

Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Must be able to withstand hard work

Must be able to withstand working in hot weather at times.

Must be able to not be distracted by cellphone usage.

Must be able to self-supervise and maintain their own route.

Availability to work early mornings and weekends, as needed

Must be able to pass a background check and provide at least 2 character reference.

No experience needed for the right person-if you are willing to learn!

Experience would be great.
