• Strong Communications skills and act as a liaison between IT and business groups
• Must be self-directed and confident in running the project across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to quickly pick up on project current situation and lead project activities within a short timeframe.
• Demonstrated Advanced skills in scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting progress for the project
• Will need to identify and manage project dependencies
• Must drive project with stakeholders and be proactive
• Skillful in leveraging technical resources
• Skilled in managing risks and issues and effectively escalating to leadership as appropriate
• Telecom domain experience / knowledge is a big plus
