We’re looking for an energetic and empathetic Intake/Sales Specialist for a growing Family Law Firm in MA. Responsibilities include talking by phone with potential clients and signing them up for consultations, tracking and scheduling these consults with legal software, and following up with clients for feedback on firm performance.

The job is fully remote and requires only that you have a dedicated quiet space available to you and flexibility to respond to calls as they come. This might be a good fit for someone who previously worked in the retail or restaurant industries, but now wants to do sales in another arena.

Salary: $17/hour @ 10 hrs/wk with opportunity for bonuses and growth.

We currently have two attorneys and a legal assistant and are looking to grow by adding a Rockstar Intake/Sales Person.

Job Responsibilities

As an intake/sales specialist, you’ll be in charge of:

- Responding to potential clients quickly via text, phone and email.

-Using empathy, compassion, and listening to connect with potential clients.

- Selling potential clients paid consultations.

- Using legal software to track and manage information and schedule consults;

-Measuring and reporting client feedback related to services

-May be asked to help with marketing projects.

How will this job help you?

- Compensation is merit and performance-based. Starts at $17/hour for 10 hrs/week

Job Requirements

-Passion about using listening and empathy to connect with potential clients and educate them on the benefits of a consultation.

-Dedicated quiet spot in a home or office to speak to clients.

-Flexibility to be able to respond to calls from potential clients quickly and efficiently throughout the day.

-Experience using software and technology. We use these tools to manage information about potential clients and referral sources.

-self-sufficiency, motivation, good communication skills, interest in sales, interest in personal health, honesty, integrity, teamwork, desire for personal and professional growth, and interest in family law.

-Post-high-school education preferred.
