Job Description

This position is responsible for selling our Intra Oral Scanner (IOS) ranges and Orthodontics Clear Correct Clear Aligners product range.

This position reports to the NationalSales Manager and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and growing our exisitng customers, prospecting and introducing new customers to build our business. The selling cycle will vary depending on the product – IOS from a longer term capital expenditure perspective to Orthodontics, both of which can also be sold separately or together as a bundle.

IOS – Capital Equipment

Responsibility for identifying new customers in collaboration with Marketing & other Sales teams to build relationships with clinical providers as part of the overall digital workflow.

Orthodontics

The role focuses on generating case production by contacting high producing doctors in their designated territory. They are responsible for generating new accounts, developing relationships with providers, guiding them through their first case submission, maintaining the relationship as well as generating referrals. The territory manager is expected to have pre-established contacts with dental providers and is a self-starter. He/she/theywill bebased in the field and will have to be able to meet production demands immediately after training. He/She/They must be able to perform at a high level with limited direct supervision.

This is a field-based role, based in the Manchester area, which will require travel on a day to day basis, mainly in the appointed Territory.

· Outside sales/account management experience in the dental field required.

· Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

· Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel).

· Must be a team player.

- Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedural documents.

Mathematical skills

Ability to calculate figures and measurements. Ability to quickly perform simple calculations while performing tasks related to specific work parts

Reasoning ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to apply reason to problems such as determining the correct sequence of actions to take when repairing a work piece.

Required reporting

This position is responsible for reporting of the following metrics on a regular basis:

· Gross income: The total amount of income generated from case starts within the production week.

· Case starts: The total number of new cases submitted from their providers within the production week.

· Number of providers: The total number of doctors the rep has registered as providers.

· Activated Doctors: The total number of providers who submitted their first case with ClearCorrect in a given production week.

· Number of contacts: The total number of doctors the rep has contacted and spoke with in a week.

· Expenses: The amount of expenses the rep has incurred each month.

· Any other reports that the company deems necessary to manage the rep and the territory.

· Be available for team conference calls when asked by management

· Valid Driver’s license
