Human Services Assistant (Santa Fe)

This position is responsible for supportive services to the Casa Familia Emergency Shelter Program with the goal of assisting clients in becoming self-sufficient and in moving them into permanent housing. Duties include: Provide direct services to shelter guests and non-guests, monitor and promote appropriate interactions among shelter guests, attend to any crisis or difficult situations that might arise and making appropriate referrals, oversee shelter safety, assist with the responsibilities of daily office operations, such as answering phones, receiving and sorting donations, and giving information to the public regarding shelter services and other providers.
