Hours: Full-Time; including weekends

Wage: Salary (DOE); Medical and Dental

We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Duties:

Leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not

limited to this.

Friendly, energetic, great people skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model and vacant apartment homes for quality assurance.

Conduct community orientation and move in inspection with new residents.

Address resident concerns courteously, professionally and in a timely manner.

Excellent phone and in person sales skills

Motivated and hard-working

High energy

Excellent communication skills

Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel can quickly learn other

software applications.

Sales and Customer Service skills.

Available to work a regular schedule that includes weekends

You have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Employee must be able to lift and or move up to 25 pounds.

Stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.

Climb stairs.

Ability to work well under high-pressure situations.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Ability to work successfully with a variety of personality types.

Must have reliable transportation.

Valid Driver’s License.
