Job Description/Duties

BTD Enterprises, LLC is now in search of a Concrete Foreman/Crew Lead to fully manage major commercial/residential construction projects. We are hiring highly motivated leaders with excellent communication skills to join our team. Responsibilities will include the overall supervision of the project to include site safety. Must have experience in managing all phases of concrete construction.

Requirements/Responsibilities

 Must have knowledge and experience in commercial and residential construction.

 Must be able to read and understand commercial/residential plans

 Must be knowledgeable in layout and operation of the line instrument and transit

 Must have valid driver’s license

 Attend and conduct safety meetings, maintain safe job site practices and the use of safety equipment. Ensure that crew follows safe practices.

 Use tools and equipment correctly, safely and maintain tools in good, clean working order. Supervise operation and maintenance of all machines and equipment on the job.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Direct activities of crew

o Have knowledge in forming, pouring, screeding and finishing

o Schedule crews’ duties and assign responsibilities.

o Communicate with Project Manager, Owners, Architects, Engineers and Inspectors to resolve and coordinate construction.

o Inspect work in progress to ensure for accuracy, quality and that work conforms to plans and specifications
